Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a full-service dining venue.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Proven experience delivering high-touch guest service in a fun, high-energy environment.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a high-volume setting.
• Comfortable with self-banking and cash handling.
• Previous experience using POS systems, computers, and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Enthusiastically demonstrate knowledge of beer, spirits, and wines.
• Present menus, utilize suggestive selling techniques, and answer guest questions regarding food and beverage options.
• Accurately take beverage and food orders and input into POS system using Universal Seating guidelines.
• Handle payment transactions and ensure correct change or receipt is provided; obtain required guest signatures.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
