Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Food and Beverage Team Member at LEGOLAND CA Resort in Carlsbad, CA. You will assist with food preparation, maintain cash receipts and meal records, and uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation.

The role requires teamwork to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include greeting guests, serving food, maintaining quality, and supporting catering events.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a Food Handler certification exam.
• Sufficient education or training to read, write, count and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.
• Available to work holidays and weekends as well as shorter or longer hours due to business volume.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Greet and help customers as they enter the restaurant or approach food lines.
• Cook, serve, and prepare food according to recipes and policies.
• Ensure proper temperature, appearance, and sanitation of all food items.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area; operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist with catering and special events as needed.
