Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is hiring in a bowling/arcade environment for a customer-service focused team member. The role supports the operation of the Food and Beverage Department and requires a High School diploma or GED with 1–2 years in hospitality or retail.

Experience in a bowling establishment and bartending is preferred. The work involves handling POS systems, serving customers, and performing opening/closing procedures in a busy, loud venue.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a hospitality or retail environment (1–2 years) preferred.
• Bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS register for food and drinks (including bar when directed).
• Prepare food and beverage items per company standards.
• Reset and bus the food court seating area; wash dishes and utensils.
• Open and close cash tills; perform opening/closing procedures.
• Manage food and beverage inventory per store policies.
