Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Server to provide an outstanding dine-in experience for guests. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure a positive, enjoyable dining visit.

The role requires a HS Diploma or GED, being at least 18, Food Handler’s and state alcohol certifications, and flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends with peak hours. Previous experience is welcome and opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Food Handler’s and state alcohol certification.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and attentive dine-in experience.
• Assist guests with menu selections and offer recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest tables throughout the dine-in experience.
• Clear empty dishes, refill drinks, and provide additional items as requested.
• Promote additional menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Process guest payments accurately using cash, credit card, or other payment methods.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Address any guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dine-in area and server stations.
• Assist with closing duties, including restocking supplies, cleaning.
• Other tasks as requested.
