Job summary

Magnolia is seeking a Housekeeping professional to maintain clean and safe Magnolia properties across multiple locations in Waco, Texas. The role reports to the Housekeeping Manager and requires weekend, night, and holiday availability.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stock replenishment, guest property handling, and daily reporting. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior cleaning experience is preferred. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• 0-1 years of related work experience preferred
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Must be available to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays as business needs require
• Local candidates strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean facility areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment
• Promote and maintain a safe and clean working, shopping, or eating environment
• Notify management of any hazardous areas or necessary repairs
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Properly clean upholstered furniture, windows, and required outside areas
• Stock supply rooms and restrooms, ensuring all necessary supplies are available
• Change sheets, arrange towels, dust, and rearrange rooms after guests check out
• Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment
• Wash restroom walls where required
• Clean and store all equipment at the end of the shift
• Fill out daily reports of activities performed
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
