Chick-fil-A Mechanicsburg is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Crew Members to deliver quality guest service in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience helps, but training is provided.

You must be able to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays, and stand for long periods while serving guests and handling cash registers. Responsibilities include stocking, food preparation, taking phone orders, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with or without relevant experience.
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to work irregular hours (day and night shifts).
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to work area, walk-in cooler, and storage.
• In charge of food preparation.
• Answer and take phone orders.
• Follow daily cleaning schedule.
• Work and communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints from customers, vendors, or clients.
• Escalate any problems or complaints to the relevant supervisor or manager.
• Prioritize important tasks and manage your time effectively.
• Man and operate equipment relative to your role.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude.
