Carl's Jr 281 is hiring motivated crew members to greet guests, take orders, and prepare items with quick, friendly service. You will assist in maintaining a clean dining room and stock areas while upholding high standards for guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and take orders promptly.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Suggest add-ons and answer menu questions.
• Handle payments and provide accurate change.
• Assemble orders with condiments and items as requested.
• Ensure guests receive quality products.
• Thank guests and invite them to return.
• Serve guests within designated service time.
• Keep sales area clean, organized and stocked.
• Stock beverage bar and clean as needed.
• Clean dining room tables and seating.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Sweep and mop floors; clean spills immediately.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Represent the restaurant professionally at all times.
• Maintain personal appearance per company standards.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and security policies.
