Job summary

Carl’s Jr. is hiring a Crew Member to deliver fast, friendly service and help prepare quality food in a clean, safe environment. You will support guests from ordering to pickup and keep the dining area well-stocked and presentable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Must have telephone or other reliable communication method.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and possibly opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive service experience from ordering to pickup.
• Prepare quality food products and keep the restaurant clean and safe.
• Follow all food safety, handling and sanitation requirements.
• Stock, rotate, and tidy assigned areas; perform other cleaning duties as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure fast, accurate service.
