Fourteen Foods Career Center in Mississippi is seeking a Dairy Queen Restaurant Team Member to deliver friendly service and serve products quickly, accurately, and safely according to Fourteen Foods and Dairy Queen standards. You’ll help create a welcoming guest experience in every interaction.

No prior work experience is required for this entry‑level role, and you must be at least 16. You will use math for cash handling and balance, communicate clearly, and demonstrate hospitality toward guests

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.
• Aim to meet or exceed each Guest’s expectations in quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.
