Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking a Dairy Queen Restaurant Team Member to deliver fast, accurate, and safe service in a guest-focused environment. You will help ensure quality products and maintain cleanliness and consistency across shifts.

The role emphasizes friendly, respectful interaction with guests and team members, with opportunities to learn cash handling and basic math as you balance the register and handle transactions. Part-time hours commonly available at this location.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Cash handling and basic math skills to operate register, count and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Meet or exceed guests’ expectations in quality, service, cleanliness and consistency.
