Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or comply with state-specific labor laws).
• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, address inquiries and resolve issues, maintain a clean dining area.
• Food Preparation and Quality: prepare food to Wendy's standards, follow safety guidelines, operate equipment safely.
• Cash Handling and Register Operation: handle cash transactions, provide receipts, keep the register area tidy.
• Team Collaboration: work with staff and managers to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment.
• Health and Safety Compliance: follow health regulations, keep kitchen and dining areas clean and safe.
• Additional Duties: assist with opening/closing, participate in training, perform other tasks as assigned.
