Selland’s Market Cafe is seeking Counter Server & Cashier team members in Sacramento. You will greet guests, share menu knowledge, process orders, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable.
A willingness to learn and grow.
Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card.
Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit).
Reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge every guest in a positive manner.
Provide menu and product knowledge to guests.
Keep a clean and sanitary environment and uphold service standards.
Assist as counter server and cashier as part of the team.
Support a guest-friendly environment and teamwork.
