Seminole Hard Rock Atlantic City is hiring a Security Officer to safeguard patrons, team members, and assets. The role involves monitoring transfers of monies, assisting guests with inquiries, and maintaining a visible security presence throughout the hotel and casino.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and an NJ Casino Employee Registration license or ability to obtain one. Prior security, law enforcement, or military background is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• NJ Casino Employee Registration license required or ability to obtain.
• 1 year of guest service experience or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Casino/Hotel Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic security coverage protecting patrons, team members and assets.
• Ensure security for transfers of monies within casino and hotel areas.
• Assist patrons with inquiries, directions, and escorting when needed.
• Prepare detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner.
• Patrol hotel and casino areas to establish a security presence.
• Assist in coordinating and resolving emergency situations.
• Maintain proper key control.
• Support responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
• Demonstrate alignment with Company Mission and Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
