Powers Golden Corral in Colorado Springs is seeking a friendly Line Person to welcome guests and support a smooth dining experience. You will describe menu items, assist with orders, handle payments, and help keep the buffet area clean and inviting.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and reliable cash handling. You will greet guests, answer questions about offerings, assist with to-go orders, and follow established service steps to ensure guests leave satisfied.

Qualifications

• Must be attentive, helpful, and pleasant in appearance and personality.
• Must treat all Golden Corral guests as if they were guests in his or her own home and sustain an environment that is inclusive and welcoming for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests by describing all menu offerings and how the line ordering systems operate.
• Ensures line products are always available.
• Handles payments accurately.
• Processes to-go orders and assists guests at the Buffet by the Pound station.
• Greets guests as they enter the restaurant and invites them to return.
• Assists with the buffet and Server area as directed by the Crew Leader, Assistant Manager, or Manager.
• Follows local health department laws.
• Keeps smallwares clean, dry, and available for guests.
