Golden Corral is hiring a Line Person who will be one of the first points of contact with guests. The successful candidate will describe menu items, ensure line availability, and assist guests with to-go orders and buffet services.

Responsibilities

• Describe all menu offerings and how the line ordering system operates.
• Ensure line products are always available.
• Handle payments accurately.
• Process to-go orders and assist at the Buffet by the Pound station.
• Be friendly and courteous on the phone.
• Assist guests as needed and greet them entering the restaurant.
• Follow the Five Steps of Line Service and maintain line area cleanliness.
• Open/close the line area efficiently and report equipment issues to the Manager.
• Communicate cash in drawer levels to reduce risk and ensure accurate balances.
