Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for service.
• Must be at least 16 years of age and able to obtain food safety certifications.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and late shifts.
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide outstanding service.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
• Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations.
• Ensure all takeout and dine-in orders are accurate before leaving the counter.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work with kitchen and team to ensure fast, accurate service.
• Help maintain cleanliness and support teammates as needed.
