Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a friendly Cashier to accurately collect and reconcile revenue while delivering exceptional hospitality to all guests at our Canton, OH location. You will greet guests, handle payments, and maintain a professional demeanor throughout the shift.

This role requires basic math, reliable time-keeping, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. You will complete shift reports, follow cash handling procedures, and assist guests with directions and facility information,

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Work Experience: 1–3 months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Basic Math Skills; read and write standard English; understand time formats and rates.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and staff.
• Determines guest charges and processes payments via cash, credit, or direct billing.
• Completes accurate and timely shift reports and follows cash handling procedures.
• Operates registers, gates, and card machines; furnishes receipts.
• Assists guests with directions and information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities.
• Completes tasks in a timely manner as instructed by Lead Cashier/Account Manager.
