Job summary

Miguel's Jr. in California is hiring a Customer-Focused Cashier to join our front-of-house team. You will deliver friendly service, process orders accurately, and handle cash and card transactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Drive-thru duties may be required, and you will support guests with product details, promotions, and timely order delivery, all while upholding our standards for safety, sanitation, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, prompt guest service.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Process orders and handle cash/credit card transactions.
• Operate drive-thru when assigned.
• Maintain clean front counter and stocking of supplies.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Assist supervisors and team to uphold brand standards.
