Responsibilities include pre-bussing, assisting servers, restocking, and greeting guests with a professional and friendly demeanor while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must obtain and maintain gaming license.
• Six months of Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pre-busses, clears and resets tables ensuring chairs, floors, and work areas are clean and presentable.
• Carries dirty dishes from the restaurant to the kitchen; wipes tabletops and chairs with damp sanitized cloth.
• Sets tables with silverware and glassware and required napkins.
• Replenishes supply of clean napkins, silverware, glassware and dishes in restaurant.
• Refills water glasses, coffee, iced tea, and bread in a timely manner as requested by customers.
• Greets guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assists servers and performs duties of a food runner when needed.
• Attends departmental meetings and follows health, safety and customer service guidelines.
• Reports maintenance or housekeeping discrepancies promptly to management.
• Maintains a professional appearance and a friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
