Job summary

Crowne Plaza Suites Pittsburgh South is seeking a Busperson to support a smooth restaurant operation. The role requires maintaining clean, properly set dining areas, assisting servers, and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming environment. Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience required; full‑service dining preferred.
Certifications: Food safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

Table Service Support: Clear and reset tables with proper linen, flatware, silverware, and glassware.
Table Service Support: Deliver water, bread, and other items; respond promptly to guest needs.
Restaurant Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep dining areas and workspaces clean and organized.
Restaurant Cleanliness & Maintenance: Ensure tables are set and ready for guests; maintain floors and aisles.
Guest Support & Service: Provide friendly, attentive guest assistance; resolve minor issues quickly.
Opening & Closing Duties: Complete opening/closing side work; restock service areas.
Team Support & Coordination: Communicate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff; support operations.
Team Support & Coordination: Assist in other restaurant areas as needed.
