Job summary

Westin La Paloma Resort in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time Busser to support servers and ensure efficient dining service. You will assist with delivering orders, maintaining clean work areas, and upholding standards to create memorable guest experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to cleanliness, safety, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous food service experience is preferred, with learn-and-grow opportunities across the property.

Qualifications

• High school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders from the kitchen to guests and keep BOH areas clean and stocked.
• Set outside line with plates, flatware, napkins and items needed for delivering food.
• Organize plates and tickets to run food to tables and set tables per standards.
• Answer guests questions about ingredients and menu items and relay feedback.
• Maintain clean and stocked work stations and follow safe work practices.
• Attend reliably and perform other duties as required.
