Job summary

Fogo de Chão Austin is seeking a Busser to support servers by maintaining water, cheese rolls, and side dishes at each table. You will assist with table setup and clean-up, transport trays to the dishwashing area, and help maintain service stations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Applicants should be able to stand and move for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs, and must be available on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking for long periods; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides server support by refilling ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes and other items at each table.
• Executes table setup and cleanup in an efficient manner.
• Transports trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Completes any opening or closing shift duties.
• Assists in maintaining each service station.
• Manages competing demands while putting the guest first.
