Job summary

Rainmaker Hospitality in Cincinnati is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team and provide outstanding service during breakfast hours. You will set up and maintain the breakfast area, prepare and serve items such as eggs, bacon, pastries, coffee, and tea, and ensure guests have a positive experience.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including laying linens, setting up tableware, and arranging centerpieces.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, and pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and other drinks.
• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.
