Our bar is food-focused; you will interact with guests, recommend menu items, prepare beer, wine, cocktails, and ensure accurate payments, clean stations, and teamwork with servers and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending or restaurant experience.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and classic cocktails is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages with accuracy and consistency.
• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop knowledge of the menu to confidently answer questions and take food orders.
• Deliver food to bar guests while meeting quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
• Accurately process cash, card, and other payments.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and managers for a smooth experience.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other duties as needed.
