• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks per standard recipes
• Input drink orders and handle payments, making change
• Maintain stocked and clean bar and dining areas
• Track open bar tabs and monitor guests’ intoxication
• Learn guests’ names and preferences
• Perform other duties as assigned
