No prior experience is required; a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is needed to keep the coffeehouse running smoothly for our guests and our herd.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customized to guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Handles orders and cash drawer following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to Caribou operating standards.
• Participates in teamwork and supports leaders as priorities shift.
