Lizard's Thicket is looking for professional wait staff to serve drinks and meals to our patrons. The wait staff's goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and augment our restaurant's long-standing reputation.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, answering menu questions, suggesting items, and delivering orders with accuracy. The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and proper POS usage.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner.
• Take drink and food orders and answer menu questions.
• Suggest menu items to customers and upsell where appropriate.

• Follow cleanliness standards and complete side work as assigned.
