Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring safe valet drivers to provide friendly guest service at our parking locations in Dana Point. You will interact with guests, park and retrieve vehicles, explain rates, and help ensure a smooth, secure experience.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus, availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends, and legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and current address.
• Ability to safely drive a vehicle with manual transmission is a plus.
• Must be available for 2nd/3rd shifts and/or weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend simple memos.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by resolving requests and proactive communication.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations.
• Know the area's major streets and landmarks for a seamless experience.
• Come to work in clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.

Skills

Valid driver's license
