Responsibilities

• Serve in various kitchen roles while maintaining food safety standards.
• Take orders, explain menu items, and accommodate edits quickly.
• Prepare food items for cooking and ensure quality.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand, products, and promotions.
• Fry, bake, or cook food items as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously.
• Wrap and package food for final assembly.
• Maintain brand standards and quality across guest experiences.
• Monitor product hold times and manage inventory and equipment.
• Assist with opening and/or closing procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests, team members, and leaders.
• Maintain sanitary and safe restaurant conditions and keep restrooms clean.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
