Flynn Arby’s is hiring Team Members to join our fast-paced dining team in Edwardsville, IL. You will deliver friendly service, assist with food preparation, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area for guests.

Responsibilities include serving quality food, handling transactions, restocking supplies, and working with teammates to ensure smooth operations. Prior food/hospitality experience is welcome but not required; flexibility for weekends and holidays is needed.

Competenze

• Experience in food service preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
