Job summary

RaceTrac is looking for a Store Associate to deliver a standout guest experience at our convenience stores. You will operate the register or self-checkout, upsell items, and ensure shelves are stocked and fresh while maintaining a clean store environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are willing to work flexible hours, and can lift up to 50 lbs. A willingness to obtain food handler permits is a plus, and growth within the company is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.
