Job summary

Target in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to guide a team in delivering an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience while leading daily merchandising and store operations.

You will recruit, coach and develop hourly team members, partner with vendors to maintain brand standards, and uphold safety and compliance in all tasks. A High school diploma or equivalent is required; retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support sales goals and priorities.
• Lead hourly team members, including interviewing, coaching and retention.
• Partner with vendors to ensure brand standards and merchandising are met.
• Uphold safety, compliance and provide a positive, inclusive store atmosphere.
