Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring Team Members to join our vibrant Miami store. You will help Guests select smoothies and retail products that support a healthy lifestyle, while delivering a friendly, on-brand experience.

As a Team Member, you’ll blend smoothies, greet customers, and maintain prep areas. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and living the Smoothie King values every day.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
