Responsibilities

• Blend smoothies and prepare ingredients according to brand specifications.
• Ensure guests’ nutritional and fitness goals are met during visits.
• Greet and engage guests, providing a friendly dining experience.
• Perform opening and closing duties and complete store checklists.
• Assist in team member management and provide guidance when General Managers are absent.
• Fulfill cash handling, inventory, and store assignment responsibilities.
• Represent and promote the culture, values, and mission.
