Job summary

Willie’s Grill & Ice House in Hill Country Village, TX is hiring a highly skilled Server. You will deliver enthusiastic, guest-first service, learn the menu in depth, and ensure accurate order delivery while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 2 years of related experience, required alcohol certification and food handler’s certificate, and strong communication and math skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely, and “Guest First” service to ensure every guest feels welcome.
• Know the menu thoroughly including wines, beers, and cocktails to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, following all safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist fellow team members to create a cooperative and positive work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area.
• Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and alcohol service regulations.
