Job summary

Shell Shack, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an attentive, friendly Server to join our restaurant team.

You will deliver prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a great dining experience. You will greet guests, present menus, work with bartenders and kitchen staff, handle payments, maintain a clean dining area, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and establish a friendly rapport.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
