Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking highly motivated individuals for a Restaurant Server position at one of our properties. You will provide food and beverage service, ensure tables are properly set, and maintain clean service areas to support an exceptional guest experience.

You will be expected to work with a professional demeanor, assist with room setup and breakdown, and collaborate with the team under the guidance of the Food and Beverage Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-focused service in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient when under pressure.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Solid knowledge of standard restaurant operations and service steps.
• Proven ability to collaborate with teammates in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service for the restaurant.
• Set up tables with proper glassware, napkins, and condiments; maintain cleanliness.
• Clear tables and reset service areas after meals.
• Maintain and clean service areas and refrigeration units.
• Assist with balance of guest relations and professional appearance.
• Follow instructions from the Food and Beverage Manager for clean-up and duties beyond core tasks.
