Applicants should have at least 1 year of server experience, strong guest-focused communication, and the ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum one year experience as a server.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Inform guests of specials, promotions, and menu items.
• Make guest-focused recommendations.
• Answer questions about food, beverages, and services.
• Take orders and enter them in the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Verify age for alcohol service per ABC.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address requests promptly.
• Maintain clean service areas and assist teammates as needed.
• Present bill and process payment.
