Job summary

Denny's in Las Vegas is seeking a Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with warmth and accuracy. You will contribute to guest satisfaction by suggesting menu items, handling payments, and coordinating with the team to ensure timely service.

Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior guest-service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Possesses excellent guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Take and deliver orders, enter them accurately in the POS system, and handle payments.
• Assist other service staff to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and address issues with supervisor guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room and service area.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and adhere to brand standards.
