Pagliacci's restaurant in Plainville, CT is seeking an experienced Server to join our team. The Server is the face of our dining room, builds rapport with guests, takes orders, serves food and drinks, and ensures a positive dining experience.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety guidelines, and communicate clearly with guests and kitchen staff.

Formación

• Previous experience as a server is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
• Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
• Take orders from customers for food and beverages
• Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment
