Job summary

Scarlet Oak Tavern is seeking a professional server to work 4-5 shifts weekly, mixing lunch and dinner. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Candidates should have 1+ year serving experience and exceptional customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Responsibilities include greeting guests, relaying orders via POS, serving promptly, and assisting with recommendations and beverages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry a tray, and lift 30lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Take food and drink orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff using POS
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Check on guests frequently to ensure satisfaction
• Provide recommendations for menu items and beverages
