Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and a guest-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant.
• Stands, walks, and carries trays for extended periods.
• Oregon minimum age for serving alcohol; OLCC permit or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including burgers, appetizers, and beverages.
• Anticipate guest needs, check in during meals, and resolve concerns quickly.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized section throughout each shift.
