Job summary

The Old Spaghetti Factory in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is hiring a friendly Server to join our team. You will interact with guests, recommend menu items, take and deliver orders, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

This role requires teamwork, excellent communication, multitasking, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods. We offer paid training and weekly pay with tips.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced family atmosphere.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide menu recommendations and explain ingredients and preparation methods.
• Complete orders and process payments in the POS system.
• Make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service and anticipate guest needs.
• Escalate guest concerns to management as needed.
• Communicate effectively with teammates to maintain a positive environment.
