Qualifications

• Delivers the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time.
• Ability to speak, read and write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Ability to use computer system to input order information.
• Guest sensitive with proper timing for drinks, food and dessert.
• Stand and move for up to six hours per shift.
• Lifts and carries items up to 25 pounds.
• Wipes tabletops, floors and booth seating for cleanliness.
• Transports plates, glasses and baskets between dining room and kitchen.
• Follows proper uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the mission and motto to guests consistently.
• Provide attentive guest service and friendly hospitality.
• Input orders accurately using the restaurant system.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness during service.
• Manage timing for drinks, meals and desserts.
• Assist guests with seating and service flow.
• Handle transport of dishes between areas as needed.
• Uphold uniform standards and professional appearance.
