Buckle is opening a new store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville GA this August. Sales Teammates will help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests, handling sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, processing transactions, maintaining a clean store, and supporting loss prevention while building relationships that drive loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise and answer questions.
• Process transactions at the register and handle bagging.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Support loss prevention and follow store policies.
• Assist with display and replenishment.
• Build guest relationships and drive loyalty.
