Job summary

The Fresh Market is looking for team members to work across Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End departments. You will deliver outstanding guest service, learn product details, and assist guests while maintaining merchandise and store appearance.

You’ll be expected to stay professional, according to uniform standards, and support housekeeping and cart duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver extraordinary guest service.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to work in multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to learn their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly items and assist across departments.
• Merchandise and stock products, assist guests, and keep aisles clean and organized.
• Assist with general housekeeping and gather shopping carts.
• Present yourself professionally and follow uniform standards.
