Job summary

Yesway, Inc. seeks a customer-focused retail associate to ensure hospitality for guests, process transactions, stock merchandise, and assist with food prep as directed by management.

You will maintain store cleanliness, handle complaints promptly, and support all aspects of daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role includes flexible hours and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Certification testing upon employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality for store guests and timely guest transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Ensure proper placement, pricing and stocking of merchandise.
• Process sales transactions with appropriate equipment.
• Prepare cooked foods as directed by Store Manager.
• Maintain shelves, counters, floors, glass and equipment.
• Stock shelves and maintain bags-in-box and ice supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
