Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member in Lincoln, NE. You will be the heart of hospitality, engaging with guests, preparing meals, and supporting daily bakery-cafe operations in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll greet guests warmly, prepare salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space while supporting teammates across shifts. Compensation is competitive with team tips and benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age 16+ and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make guests smile.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista and other areas as needed.
• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Stay on the move to assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Be informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Support team by cleaning, stocking, and setting up the next shift.
