Job summary

Bojangles is hiring Team Members at the Snellville location to join a fast-paced team that delivers Southern hospitality with every order. You’ll help with food prep, guest service, and keeping the dining area tidy in a dynamic store environment.

No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. You’ll work as part of a friendly crew with opportunities to learn, grow, and move into leadership roles while enjoying meals on shift and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and good attitude—no experience needed.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and take direction.

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food that’s hot, fresh, and made to our standards.
• Keep dining and work areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Work as part of a fast-moving team in the kitchen, front counter, or drive-thru.
• Follow safety procedures and health regulations with care.
• Ask questions, learn quickly, and pitch in wherever needed.
