Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new tasks and take direction.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide Southern hospitality with every order.
• Prepare food hot, fresh, and made to Bojangles' standards.
• Keep dining and work areas clean and guest-ready.
• Work as part of a fast-moving team in the kitchen, front counter, or drive-thru.
• Follow safety procedures and health regulations with care.
• Ask questions, learn quickly, and pitch in wherever needed.
